Join us at the gallery to kick off the New Year on Saturday, January 4th from 7 - 9:30pm for the first Hear Here event of the year, The Varietal Powers of One! Developed in 2013, Hear Here is Forest City Gallery’s commitment to honouring London’s contemporary musical history.

 

By providing a safe and accessible space for performance, Hear Here looks to champion events that offer a multitude of musical genres and artistic performance.

Willem James Cowan The sweeping folk anthems of Willem James Cowan have been capturing ears across eastern Canada since 2018. Across three releases and various singles, he has explored the uncharted corners of his soul and sound. Cowan’s lush production is always in service of soft-spoken truths and an eye to the future.

 

Megan Arnold Formerly known as Shhh, Megan Arnold is an interdisciplinary artist who has been making and performing loop-based electronic pop music since 2014. Her 2024 Spotify Wrapped top artist was Steely Dan. She lives in Guelph.
