London Film/Video/Audio Art/New Media Production Resources Meeting

Forest City Gallery is pleased to partner with the Media Arts Network of Ontario (MANO) to host a follow-up to the community consultation held in late June. From that meeting the need for media production resources in the London area became clear. To further develop the conversation, assess needs and possibly launch a new regional production collective we invite everyone interested in Film/Video/Audio Art/New Media to the gallery for a discussion of the current needs.

The meeting will be facilitated by Ben Donoghue, the Executive Director of the Liaison of Independent Filmmakers of Toronto, Canada's largest artist-run production centre. He is a founding Board Member of MANO, the 8 Fest and the Indigenous Routes Collective. In his independent practice Ben works primarily with film and audio for installation contexts.
