Join Us for the first Drawing Circles session on March 13th at 5pm!
Looking to meet fellow artists and create collaborative art? Come and draw with us! The Media Collaboratory will be hosting three upcoming drop-in sessions to encourage connection and creativity. Some drawing supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring some materials if you’d like to share!
Here’s how it works:
We’ll sit together around a table and everyone starts drawing on their sheet of paper for
around 5 minutes. When the timer goes off, each person passes their sheet to the left and
adds to their neighbour’s sheet. The process repeats until your original paper comes
back and you get a collaborative artwork to take home.
This event is perfect for meeting other artists, sharing skills, and building a
creative community. Whether you're an emerging artist, an arts professional, or just love
making art, all are welcome! These events encourage the creation of new connections in
the London community, breaking down social barriers, and learning from one another.
Drawing Circles will take place on:
Thursday, March 13th at 5pm
Thursday, March 27th at 5pm
and in early April, date to be announced. Â
