Members' Show and Sale 2024 Call for Submissions




Exciting news—FCG will be having the Annual Members’ Show & Sale,  in collaboration with Embassy Cultural House, from November 22nd to December 20th! The opening reception will be held on November 22nd from 7-9pm.


Submissions for FCG’s Members’ Show & Sale are now open!

 

The Members’ Show and Sale is FCG’s longest-running annual exhibition and serves as an important fundraising event for the year. This year, FCG is partnering with the Embassy Cultural House, a virtual artist-run space. ECH Contributors can also contribute works, with proceeds from the Members' Show and Sale going directly toward FCG's and ECH's operations. This annual fundraiser supports our capacity to program exhibitions, offer artistic resources, and promote dialogue amongst local, regional, and international arts communities.


The Members’ Show & Sale is a great way for artists in the community to connect and develop new audiences while offering an entry point into the collection of unique artworks by artists in London and region.


This year, artists may submit up to two works! Artists can submit one work for exhibition at a maximum size of 48” x 36”. Artists can also submit a second additional work at a maximum size of 36” x 24.”


To participate, artists must be a FCG members in good standing or ECH contributors.

All artworks must be ready to hang or display. For 3D artists, please note that FCG has a limited number of plinths, so alternate plans for presentation may need to be arranged with the gallery.

Submit by Thursday, November 14th, 2024.


Drop-Off of Artworks at FCG:

Wednesday, November 13 12-5 pm

Thursday, November 14 12-6pm

Friday, November 15 12-5 pm and 7-9 pm

Saturday, Nov 16 12-6 pm


Pick Up of Artworks:

Friday, December 20 5-7 pm

Saturday, December 21 12-6 PM 

or in the new year by January 4, 2025


Deadline

This submission form must be submitted to info@forestcitygallery.com by November 14th. Hard copies can be dropped off during gallery hours.
